Who we are. Capital Sources, LLC ("we", "us") is a commercial finance intermediary based in Canton, Ohio. This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry form, call or email us, we receive the information you provide: typically your name, company or practice, email address, phone number, and a description of what you sell or need to finance. We ask you not to send financial statements, tax returns, account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through this website; when a lender needs them, they go to the lender directly.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
How we use your information. We use inquiry information to respond to you, to assess whether we can help, and, if you ask us to proceed, to identify lenders whose programs may fit. We do not sell your information. We do not share your inquiry with any lender until you have agreed in writing to an introduction. We may use your contact details to follow up on your inquiry; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else sees it. Our website host and form processor (Netlify) and our email provider process submissions on our behalf. Once you authorize an introduction, the information you choose to provide goes to the lender under that lender's own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the life of that engagement plus the period our records policy and applicable law require. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights. You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to john@capitalsourcesllc.com or calling (877) 505-2199. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws; we will honor valid requests.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
